Un total de 3497 employ\u00e9(e)s \u00e2g\u00e9(e)s de 18 ans et plus ont accept\u00e9 de compl\u00e9ter un questionnaire en ligne, pour un taux de r\u00e9ponse de 50,1%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce FLASH Recherche pr\u00e9sente les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires de la contribution des facteurs du travail, hors-travail et individuels \u00e0 quatre indicateurs de sant\u00e9 mentale : la d\u00e9tresse psychologique, la d\u00e9pression, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel. Un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent FLASH Recherche (f\u00e9vrier 2021) a mis en lumi\u00e8re une pr\u00e9valence \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour la d\u00e9tresse psychologique et l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel chez les personnes qui participent \u00e0 l\u2019ELOSMET1.
