Il existe plusieurs techniques qu&#8217;un th\u00e9rapeute peut utiliser pour rel\u00e2cher les Trigger points, notamment en appliquant une pression soutenue sur le point avec les doigts ou le coude.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour identifier un point g\u00e2chette, le th\u00e9rapeute recherchera g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ces signes en palpant (sentant) le tissu musculaire. Il peut \u00e9galement demander au client de d\u00e9crire la douleur ou l&#8217;inconfort qu&#8217;il ressent et utiliser ces informations pour localiser le point g\u00e2chette. Il est important de noter que les points g\u00e2chettes peuvent \u00eatre difficiles \u00e0 identifier et que le th\u00e9rapeute devra peut-\u00eatre utiliser une combinaison des signes ci-dessus pour les localiser avec pr\u00e9cision. La pression utilis\u00e9e dans la th\u00e9rapie des points g\u00e2chettes est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus cibl\u00e9e et plus profonde que celle utilis\u00e9e dans le massage su\u00e9dois. Toutefois, la pression doit \u00eatre confortable pour le client et ne doit pas provoquer de douleur. Cependant, ils sont plus fr\u00e9quents dans certaines zones, comme le cou, les \u00e9paules et le haut du dos. Ces zones ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus tendues et sont plus sujettes aux tensions musculaires et aux blessures. Des Trigger points peuvent \u00e9galement se former dans les muscles du bas du dos, des hanches et des jambes. Ils peuvent m\u00eame se d\u00e9velopper dans les muscles des pieds et des mains. Il n&#8217;est pas rare d&#8217;utiliser une huile ou une lotion dans la th\u00e9rapie des points g\u00e2chettes pour aider les mains du th\u00e9rapeute \u00e0 glisser sur la peau et \u00e0 appliquer la pression n\u00e9cessaire sur les points g\u00e2chettes.
