Le nutritionniste d\u00e9tient, au Qu\u00e9bec, un titre r\u00e9serv\u00e9 que seul un MEMBRE de l\u2019ODNQ peut utiliser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cette pr\u00e9sentation de l’\u00e9tat de la situation est bonne, mais elle est incompl\u00e8te et visiblement un peu biais\u00e9, ce qui est tout \u00e0 fait normal.<\/p>\n

Il existe un proverbe ‘Les aveugles touchent un \u00e9l\u00e9phant’<\/strong>

Quatre aveugles qui voulaient savoir \u00e0 quoi ressemblait un \u00e9l\u00e9phant sont partis le toucher. Le premier aveugle<\/strong> touche le nez de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant et dit: “je sais, un \u00e9l\u00e9phant \u00e7a ressemble \u00e0 un gros tuyau”. Le deuxi\u00e8me aveugle<\/strong> touche la patte de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant et dit: “c’est faux, un \u00e9l\u00e9phant \u00e7a ressemble \u00e0 un gros pilier”. Le troisi\u00e8me aveugle<\/strong> touche le ventre de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant et dit: “vous dites l’importe quoi, un \u00e9l\u00e9phant \u00e7a ressemble \u00e0 un gros ballon”. Le quatri\u00e8me aveugle<\/strong> touche la queue de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant et dit: “rien \u00e0 voir, c’est pas aussi grand, un \u00e9l\u00e9phant \u00e7a ressemble \u00e0 une corde.”<\/p>\n

Donc pour les naturopathes<\/a> et les naturoth\u00e9rapeutes<\/a> de l’AQTN, il faut regarder les crit\u00e8res d’admissibilit\u00e9, il faut regarder le champ de pratique<\/a> ainsi que la formation. Ensuite, il faut regarder et comprendre le plan strat\u00e9gique<\/a> 2015-2020 du Qu\u00e9bec, en particulier pour ce qui a trait \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention. Finalement, il faut comprendre le type de probl\u00e8mes qui m\u00e8nent les gens \u00e0 des s\u00e9ances en naturoth\u00e9rapie ou naturopathie.<\/p>\n

Les nutritionistes ont un acte r\u00e9serv\u00e9 concernant la cr\u00e9ation d’un plan de traitement pour une maladie sp\u00e9cifique – et c’est tr\u00e8s important pour la protection du public. En fait, concernant les<\/u> actes r\u00e9serv\u00e9s des nutritionnistes, pr\u00e9cisons qu\u2019ils concernent la cr\u00e9ation et la surveillance d\u2019un plan de traitement nutritionnel<\/strong>. Dans le langage l\u00e9gal, voici des extraits du code des professions du Qu\u00e9bec :<\/p>\n

36<\/i><\/b>. Nul ne peut de quelque fa\u00e7on: <\/i><\/p>\n

c) utiliser le titre de \u00abdi\u00e9t\u00e9tiste\u00bb, de \u00abdi\u00e9t\u00e9ticien\u00bb ou de \u00abnutritionniste\u00bb, ni un titre ou une abr\u00e9viation pouvant laisser croire qu\u2019il l\u2019est<\/u>, ou s\u2019attribuer des initiales pouvant laisser croire qu\u2019il l\u2019est ou les initiales \u00abDt.P.\u00bb, \u00abP.Dt.\u00bb ou \u00abR.D.\u00bb, s\u2019il n\u2019est titulaire d\u2019un permis valide \u00e0 cette fin et s\u2019il n\u2019est inscrit au tableau de l\u2019ORDRES DES DI\u00c9T\u00c9TISTES NUTRITIONNISTES DU QU\u00c9BEC, (ODNQ);<\/i><\/p>\n

\u00a037.1.<\/b> Tout membre d\u2019un des ordres professionnels suivants peut exercer les activit\u00e9s professionnelles suivantes, qui lui sont r\u00e9serv\u00e9es<\/u> dans le cadre des activit\u00e9s que l\u2019article 37 lui permet d\u2019exercer: <\/i><\/p>\n

1\u00b0 l\u2019ORDRES DES DI\u00c9T\u00c9TISTES NUTRITIONNISTES DU QU\u00c9BEC, (ODNQ) :
\n<\/i><\/p>\n

a) d\u00e9terminer le plan de traitement nutritionnel<\/u>, incluant la voie d\u2019alimentation appropri\u00e9e, lorsqu\u2019une ordonnance individuelle<\/u> indique que la nutrition constitue un facteur d\u00e9terminant du traitement de la maladie; <\/i><\/p>\n

b) surveiller l\u2019\u00e9tat nutritionnel des personnes dont le plan de traitement nutritionnel<\/u> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9; <\/i><\/p>\n

\n

Toutefois ce n’est pas l\u00e0 le cr\u00e9neau des naturoth\u00e9rapeutes et des naturopathes. Les habitudes saines de vie, incluant la nutrition, n’est qu’un petit volet dans l’\u00e9vantail d’outils du naturopathe, et donc la comparaison n’est pas aussi simple qu’un seul axe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
