{"id":27512,"date":"2024-12-16T17:41:21","date_gmt":"2024-12-16T17:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aqtn.ca\/questions\/?p=27512"},"modified":"2025-09-02T13:53:04","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T13:53:04","slug":"table-de-concertation-massotherapie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aqtn.ca\/questions\/association-quebec-aqtn-other-posts\/table-de-concertation-massotherapie\/","title":{"rendered":"Table de concertation pour la massoth\u00e9rapie"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"su-row\">\n<div class=\"su-column su-column-size-2-3\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le jeudi 21 novembre 2024, une vingtaine des professionnels de la massoth\u00e9rapie se sont r\u00e9unis pour une table de concertation dans le cadre du projet <strong>\u00ab Analyse des besoins de formation continue en mati\u00e8re de soins th\u00e9rapeutiques \u00bb<\/strong>, initi\u00e9 par SOINS PERSONNELS QU\u00c9BEC en collaboration avec les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette partie du projet visait \u00e0 recueillir les besoins de perfectionnement en vue de d\u00e9velopper une offre de formation continue cibl\u00e9e et accessible aux massoth\u00e9rapeutes qui souhaitent rehausser leurs comp\u00e9tences en soins th\u00e9rapeutiques. Voici quelques id\u00e9es de techniques et disciplines pouvant enrichir leur pratique, suivant les propos des experts :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-list\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify; font: 14px\/20px arial !important;\">\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>Techniques sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es<\/strong> : massage du visage, massage cr\u00e2nien et soins digestifs, par exemple en utilisant des pierres chaudes pour soulager les tensions.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>Approches sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong> : massoth\u00e9rapie en soins palliatifs et en fin de vie, gestion des syst\u00e8mes hormonaux, th\u00e9rapie lymphatique pour r\u00e9duire les \u0153d\u00e8mes et drainage lymphatique.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>Sant\u00e9 globale et sport<\/strong> : pr\u00e9paration des athl\u00e8tes pour leurs performances sportives, exercices pour r\u00e9aligner les \u00e9paules ou les chevilles, et conseils sur l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne de vie.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>Collaboration interdisciplinaire<\/strong> : connaissances en pharmacologie, partenariat avec des kinesiologues th\u00e9rapeutiques, ou encore exploration de l\u2019infod\u00e8me ou de troubles cutan\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>Pathologies sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong> : techniques adapt\u00e9es pour les maladies chroniques ou le massage en oncologie pour les patients atteints de cancer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces exemples d\u00e9montrent \u00e0 quel point la formation continue peut transformer une pratique de massage traditionnelle en un service holistique, r\u00e9pondant aux attentes diversifi\u00e9es de la client\u00e8le tout en valorisant le r\u00f4le du th\u00e9rapeute dans une approche multidisciplinaire.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-column su-column-size-1-2\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<h2>Les \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s d&#8217;une s\u00e9ance de<br \/>\nmassage th\u00e9rapeutique<\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"su-list\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify; font: 14px\/20px arial !important;\">\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>1. ACCUEIL ET PR\u00c9PARATION<\/strong> :<br \/>\nAccueillir chaleureusement le client et le guider pour remplir un questionnaire de sant\u00e9. Poser les questions n\u00e9cessaires afin de bien comprendre ses besoins et se sentir \u00e0 l\u2019aise d\u2019adresser les probl\u00e8mes qu\u2019il souhaite travailler \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur des standards de pratique de la massoth\u00e9rapie <a href=\"https:\/\/aqtn.ca\/questions\/champ-de-pratique\/standards-of-practice\/\">(r\u00e9f\u00e9rence)<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>2. R\u00c9ALISATION DU SOIN<\/strong> :<br \/>\nEffectuer le massage en respectant les objectifs \u00e9tablis avec le client, tout en adaptant les techniques selon ses besoins sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>3. SUIVI PERSONNALIS\u00c9<\/strong> :<br \/>\nFinaliser la s\u00e9ance en partageant des conseils adapt\u00e9s, comme des exercices ou des \u00e9tirements simples.
