La flexibilit\u00e9 des ischio-jambiers a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide du test d\u2019extension passive du genou (PKE) avant et apr\u00e8s les interventions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e9tude visait \u00e0 comparer les effets imm\u00e9diats de la th\u00e9rapie par percussion m\u00e9canique (\u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un pistolet de massage) \u00e0 ceux de l\u2019\u00e9tirement statique manuel sur la flexibilit\u00e9 des ischio-jambiers. font: 14px\/20px arial !important;\">\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>Groupe de th\u00e9rapie de massage par percussion m\u00e9canique<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAugmentation moyenne de 5,8 degr\u00e9s de l\u2019amplitude de mouvement au test PKE.\u200b<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>Groupe d\u2019\u00e9tirement statique<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAugmentation moyenne de 6 degr\u00e9s de l\u2019amplitude de mouvement au test PKE.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le groupe t\u00e9moin n\u2019a pas montr\u00e9 de changement significatif (augmentation moyenne de 1,1 degr\u00e9). Les deux groupes d\u2019intervention ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations statistiquement significatives, sans diff\u00e9rence notable entre le MPG et le SSG, ce qui indique que les deux m\u00e9thodes sont \u00e9galement efficaces \u00e0 court terme.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-column su-column-size-1-2\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<h3 style=\"background-color: #0a4d76; color: #fff; padding: 5px;\">CONCLUSIONS ET IMPLICATIONS<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e9tude a conclu que la th\u00e9rapie de massage par percussion m\u00e9canique et l\u2019\u00e9tirement statique sont toutes deux efficaces pour am\u00e9liorer de mani\u00e8re aigu\u00eb la flexibilit\u00e9 des ischio-jambiers, sans diff\u00e9rence significative entre les deux m\u00e9thodes. Hamstring flexibility was assessed using the Passive Knee Extension (PKE) test before and after the interventions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The study aimed to compare the immediate effects of mechanical percussion therapy (using a massage gun) versus manual static stretching on hamstring flexibility. font: 14px\/20px arial !important;\">\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>Mechanical Percussive Massage Therapy Group<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAverage increase of 5.8 degrees in PKE range of motion.\u200b<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-chevron-circle-right\" style=\"color:#0a4d76\"><\/i> <strong>Static Stretching Group<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAverage increase of 6 degrees in PKE range of motion.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The control group did not exhibit a significant change (average increase of 1.1 degrees).\u200b Both intervention groups had statistically significant improvements, but there was no meaningful difference between MPG and SSG, indicating both were equally effective in the short term.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-column su-column-size-1-2\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<h3 style=\"background-color: #0a4d76; color: #fff; padding: 5px;\">CONCLUSIONS &amp; IMPLICATIONS<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The study concluded that both mechanical percussive massage therapy and static stretching are effective in acutely enhancing hamstring flexibility, with no significant difference between the two methods.
