Il faut nous soumettre une demande sp\u00e9cifiant les dates d\u2019absence (date de d\u00e9but et date de fin si disponible) durant laquelle vous ne pratiquerez pas. Ainsi, vous obtiendrez un statut \u00ab\u00a0inactif\u00a0\u00bb durant la p\u00e9riode mentionn\u00e9e. Lorsque vous serez pr\u00eate \u00e0 reprendre votre pratique, il faudra nous recontacter pour nous en informer. La date de retour peut diff\u00e9rer de celle de la demande initiale, nous sommes l\u00e0 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 vos besoins, qui peuvent \u00e9videmment changer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous remettrons votre statu \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0actif\u00a0\u00bb vous permettant ainsi de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier une nouvelle fois de nos services. La dur\u00e9e (en mois) de la p\u00e9riode de maternit\u00e9 sera ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 votre date de renouvellement. Les assureurs seront inform\u00e9s lorsque votre statut deviendra inactif ainsi que lorsque vous recommencez \u00e0 travailler. En d\u2019autres mots et avec un exemple, un cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9 de 6 mois vous donnera une extension de 6 mois d\u2019adh\u00e9sion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finalement, si ceci s&#8217;applique pour vous, f\u00e9licitations\u00a0!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h4>ENGLISH<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The procedure to follow for maternity leaves is very simple. You must submit a request specifying the corresponding dates that you will not be working (starting date, ending date if available). In this situation, your status will be changed to \u201cinactive\u201d for the duration of the requested maternity. Once you are ready to resume your practice, you must contact us again to re-activate the membership and reinstate your account. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The duration (in months) of the maternity leave will be added as additional months of membership. Insurance carriers will be notified of both the inactive change and the reinstatement change.
