Prescrite par un m\u00e9decin ou pour usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif, la consommation de la marijuana re\u00e7oit des consid\u00e9rations similaires aux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aqtn.ca\/standards-de-pratique-massotherapie.php\"><em>Standards de pratique <\/em><\/a>publi\u00e9s par l\u2019AQTN, offrant ainsi un guide important quant aux indications importantes.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le client remplit le questionnaire de sant\u00e9, le massoth\u00e9rapeute pourra d\u00e9terminer si la massoth\u00e9rapie est s\u00e9curitaire.\u00a0 L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 est le <strong>consentement \u00e9clair\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un consentement \u00e9clair\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre obtenu que si le client dispose de la capacit\u00e9 mentale pour donner son consentement.\u00a0 La marijuana peut affecter la capacit\u00e9 du client \u00e0 fournir un consentement appropri\u00e9.\u00a0 Voici quelques conseils pour v\u00e9rifier le consentement\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le client peut-il comprendre les risques et les avantages possibles associ\u00e9s au traitement ou \u00e0 l\u2019absence de traitement?<\/li>\n<li>Le client est-il capable de r\u00e9pondre ad\u00e9quatement aux questions que vous lui posez?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Si ce n\u2019est pas clair pour le massoth\u00e9rapeute, il lui faudra conclure que le consentement \u00e9clair\u00e9 n\u2019est pas possible et qu\u2019il\/elle ne peut administrer un traitement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Autre facteur \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer\u00a0: les effets secondaires de la marijuana sur la capacit\u00e9 physique ou mentale du client.\u00a0 Par exemple, la capacit\u00e9 de proprement percevoir le niveau de douleur et le niveau de pression.\u00a0 Lorsque possible, le massoth\u00e9rapeute devra ajuster la pression dans son traitement afin de r\u00e9duire tout risque potentiel.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>La marijuana et le th\u00e9rapeute<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dans les dispositions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales du <a href=\"http:\/\/aqtn.ca\/code.php\">code de d\u00e9ontologie<\/a>, il est sous-entendu que le th\u00e9rapeute ne peut pas travailler sous l\u2019influence ou avoir son jugement compromis par la consommation m\u00e9dicale ou r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative du cannabis.\u00a0 Le massoth\u00e9rapeute ne peut pas pratiquer sous l\u2019effet de la marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>Au Qu\u00e9bec, la <em>Loi encadrant le cannabis<\/em> imposera des restrictions, par exemple\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En vertu de la loi canadienne, le cannabis comestible et le concentr\u00e9 de cannabis demeureront ill\u00e9gaux.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une clinique de massoth\u00e9rapie, la possession de cannabis est autoris\u00e9e dans les limites pr\u00e9vues par la\u00a0<em>Loi encadrant le cannabis<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 une personne pourra poss\u00e9der un maximum de 30 grammes.\u00a0 Il
