Lymphatic drainage is an additional tool that you will be able to apply and put into your practice immediately following the training. It helps reduce water retention, improves cellulite, scar tissue and stretch marks. Other benefits include stress reduction and fatigue. Unlike many Swedish or circulatory massage techniques, Manual Lymphatic Drainage can be used directly on site of inflammation and bruising to help clear out toxins and debris, encouraging new blood flow to the area. Students will also learn how perform the popular method of facial drainage using a jade gua sha tool.
