At the AQTN, our core philosophy is that true professional growth is defined by knowledge retention and active integration rather than passive attendance. We believe that training is most effective when it is measurable, interactive, and directly applicable to your clinical practice.
Admissibility Framework To ensure high standards within our community, we have categorized educational activities based on their capacity to facilitate practical skill acquisition and retention.

For the purpose of your professional file, colloquiums, congresses, and symposiums are recognized as valid Continuing Education Credits (CEC) and hours. While these events differ from formal, structured training, they are highly valued for their contribution to professional networking and the exposure to emerging industry techniques and trends.
Need approval for a specific course? If you are unsure whether an activity meets our criteria, please submit the course outline to our administrative team at applications@aqtn.ca for pre-approval before enrollment.
